Satonya Fair

Satonya Fair, JD (she/her) is the President and CEO of PEAK Grantmaking, a membership organization of more than 6,000 grants management and philanthropy professionals leading the way in advancing equitable, effective, and efficient grantmaking practices. Satonya possesses more than 25 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit management. She is dedicated to helping create equity and parity between funders and nonprofits, particularly those whose work supports communities of color, children, and families.
