Kristi Andrasik is a Program Officer at the Cleveland Foundation, where she helps a wide variety of nonprofit organizations assess their goals and navigate the community responsive grant application process. Since joining the Foundation in 2012, Kristi has worked closely with the LGBT community to mobilize resources and strengthen community infrastructures to improve the well-being of Greater Cleveland’s LGBT residents. In recognition of her work on equity issues, Kristi was the 2015 recipient of Philanthropy Ohio’s Michael G. Shinn Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Philanthropy; and was recently named the 2016 Cleveland Choice Award winner by the Human Rights Campaign. She currently serves on Philanthropy Ohio’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, and is an Ohio LGBTQ Funding Ambassador for the national affinity group, Funders for LGBTQ Issues.
